Advantage of VTL:
1. Work-table adopts hydrostatic guide way.
2. The table spindle is centered by high precision double-row roller bearing in radial.
3. Work-table and table base adopt heat balance structure with complete casting part.
4. Column adopts gantry frame structure. Through finite element analysis and calculation, the structure, size and force shall be in best condition.
5. Gear case adopts 40 Cr gear wheel, with high precision and little noise.
6. All hydraulic parts and Electrical equipments adopt Famous brand products in China.
7. Guide way’s Sliding surface adopts Turcite, has good wearability. Centralized lubricating oil supplying is convenient.
8. Casting of lathe adopts lost foam foundry (short for LFF) technique. Casting is treated by heat treatment and by aging.
